Take Two: Revisiting UNDOCUMENTED (2010) with ANDREW HUFF & MATTY ZARADICH

Before you do anything else, please take 30 seconds to sign the ACLU's petition to STOP THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL & SEXUAL ABUSE OF IMMIGRANT CHILDREN IN OUR CONCENTRATION CAMPS. ************************************************************************** In UNDOCUMENTED, a film crew accompanying a group of Mexican immigrants' illegal crossing over the United States border are captured by a violently patriotic band of mercenaries who are more than happy to give them lberty... and give them death. When I first saw the movie in 2011, it was the first I'd heard of the brutal and heartless acts of violence thate were rapidly spread throughout Arizona. I was horrified, but I figured since it was so extreme, their own fervor would wear out these New Patriots before too long. Flash forward nine or so years, and mindless xenophobic zealotry isn't just bigger and biglier than ever...It's our official National Policy now! U.S.A! U.S.A! Fortunately, I am joined this time around by two gentleman who stand up bravely every single week to look both MOVIE-HORRORS and REAL-LIFE HORROR right in their protruding pus-dripping eyes and say "Shashay, you stay!" to one...and have an intelligent, respectful and well-thought out conversation about how to handle the other. MATTY ZARADICH and ANDREW HUFF from FRIGAY THE 13th are in my studio, which means my audience is about to #GetSlayed. .
